Some of us may have other habits or disciplines in mind, so here is the option to include this into your repertoire of exercises. Feel free to design your own exercise, but it should be one that draws you nearer to God and also ideally be done together with a few other friends.
We recognise that each one of us are wired differently with different spiritual pathways, so this self-designed exercise seeks to develop a personalised spiritual habit that will be the most meaningful for you.
Do this exercise over a period of time that will be helpful for you, but it need not be too prolonged so that it can be sustained.
