We are looking for passionate and dynamic individuals who love the Lord and want to make a difference in the world for Him. They must be mature disciples of Christ who desire to work among a team of like-minded disciple-makers. Immediately, the following full-time positions are open:
The phase of young adulthood poses both challenges and much potential for outreach and discipleship. To cater to our growing young adult ministry, we are looking for a person who is excited about helping and equipping young adults (~19-30) navigate the complexities in this season. Reporting to the Lead Pastor, this person needs to be biblically grounded, able to work closely with a team of highly motivated young adult volunteers. He or she will supervise and nurture CRUX, our Young Adult Service and the various young adult CARE groups. Ideally, this person will also be involved in outreach efforts to tertiary students.
1. Young Adult Ministry Staff/ Pastor
We are looking for a person who is passionate about evangelism and desires to mobilise the church to win the lost for Christ. Working closely with the Lead Pastor, he or she will be instrumental in equipping members as well as promoting and encouraging local evangelism in the church, including through our various outreach stations as well as the Alpha Courses. As part of his or her role, this staff will also be expected to oversee some adult CARE Groups as well.
