THE BIBLE CHURCH, SINGAPORE’S LIVESTREAM WORSHIP SERVICE FAQ
How do I view the worship service livestream?
When will the worship services be live-streamed?
Our Chinese service will be live-streamed on Sundays at 8.45am while our English service will be live-streamed on Sundays at 10.45am.
If I missed the livestream, how can I view it later?
Set up your username and password (this is not the password that church office had provided previously)
Once you have done that, the church office will receive your request and you will receive a reply upon approval
You can then login to the member’s area.
What's the difference between watching the livestream on Facebook and from the church website?
If you do not have a Facebook account but wish to participate in the live-chat, you can sign up for a free account at www.facebook.com
The biblechurch.sg website has loaded but the video is not loading. All I see is a black screen. What do I do?
Try using a different web browser like Google Chrome or Internet Explorer to access the website and view the livestream. Alternatively, if your web browser has an “incognito” or “private” tab function, load the website using that instead.
The livestream video froze halfway and does not appear to be working. What can I do?
Try reloading the webpage.
I can see what is on screen but I can’t hear anything.
First, check that the volume setting on your computer has been properly adjusted. If you are using headphones, do ensure that they are properly connected. If you are still unable to hear anything, do post a comment in the Facebook live-chat and let us know.
Why are we not pre-recording or live-streaming on Saturday so that members can watch it anytime on Sunday?
Livestreaming on Sunday is currently the best option for all volunteers involved in the Chinese and English services. Doing so will enable us to minimise their contact time and maximise real-time online interaction as we worship together via the livestream.
