Teachers' Assistant
Assist the teacher by printing and giving out notes, assist participants with administrative concerns during class, help with the set up of the room during onsite courses (if there is no logistic support).

Admin Host for Zoom Course
Assist teacher by being a technical host, admitting participants, placing them in breakout rooms, assisting the teacher and participants with any technical matters, during online courses over zoom.

Logistic Support for Online Course
Help with the physical set up and tear down of the room, and provide basic AV support, as per the teachers' requirements, for onsite classes.

CHINESE MINISTRY 中文事工
Musicians
To play the piano, keyboard, drums, guitar or any other western and oriental musical instruments.
AV Crew
Men and women who like working behind-the-scenes, to operate the audio and visual equipment at the worship service. No technical experience required, training will be provided.
COMMITMENT
Once a month for 6 months and preferably able to attend rehearsal on Thursdays, 7.30 – 9.00 pm
Back-up Singers
To back-up worship leaders as vocalists (simple hanyu pinyin will be taught, if needed).
Translators
Translate devotional guides, Bible study guides, missionaries’ newsletters and various write-ups from English to Chinese and vice versa.
Interpreters
To serve as interpreters from English to Mandarin and vice versa at worship services, church events, weddings and funerals.

CARE GROUP MINISTRY
CG Leaders, Assistant Leaders and CG hosts
Care and nurture member as we do life together in Christ.
Be a part of a CG core group to serve in the CG as a team.

Be a technical host for our bi-monthly AMF meetings over Zoom.

WORSHIP
Musicians
Musicians bless the congregation with the gift of music during the worship service. Men and women who can skillfully handle a musical instrument and play together with others in a team welcomed. All musicians are required to go through a simple audition.
AV Crew
AV crew members ensure the smooth running of the audio and visual aspects of the worship service. Men and women who like working behind-the-scenes and contributing to the worship services are welcomed. No technical experience required, training will be provided.
Vocalists
Vocalists assist the Worship Leader to lead with their voices and to encourage others to worship God by setting an example for the congregation through their posture and body language.
COMMITMENT
Once every 5 weeks - attend one rehearsal ( Saturday afternoon) and serve in a regular worship team for all three services.
Scripture Readers
The public reading of God's Word has been a feature of our worship services. We are inviting individuals to serve by reading God's Word during the worship service to prepare us for the preaching of God's Word. A simple audition will be held and training will be provided.

Holy Communion
Preparers of the Holy Communion elements for each English service every first and third weekend. This includes preparation and cleaning up.

CHILDREN MINISTRY (KIDS FOR CHRIST)
Pre-School or Primary Teachers
Big group teaching of Scripture memory or Bible lessons, sharing real life stories, doing craft or leading small group discussions.
Teachers’ Assistants/ Helpers
Assist the main teacher in getting ready the materials, craft, snacks and taking care of the kids.
COMMITMENT
Saturday KFC/Sunday KFC 2
1 term (3 – 4 months) a year or Once a week with a cluster team of teachers for a year
Worship Leaders/ Musicians
Lead the children in praise and worship or play musical instruments.
Event/Camp Helpers
Be part of a team to organise and execute an event, e.g. Easter, Children's Day, Christmas Day, Children's Camp
Material Preparation
Help to prepare crafts or the teaching materials before the start of each term. The preparations can be done at home or at the church office.

PASTORAL CARE
Visitation Team
To visit worshippers (particularly those who are sick, hospitalized and home-bound) and newcomers in the Church. Training will be provided.

Ready to be called up for help in playing the keyboard, and playing a part in leading the Vigil service.

WELCOME & HOSPITALITY
Ushers
To welcome our worshippers and usher them to their seats in the sanctuary, distribute communion elements and ensure that the worship service runs smoothly. Each team consists of 3 - 4 ushers.

Befrienders
Befriend newcomers during weekend services and Connections events. Hospitable, enjoy meeting people and have a desire to welcome newcomers to the church.

OTHERS
Floral Arrangement
Arrange flowers for weekend services and special occasions like Easter, Advent and Christmas. Cost for floral arrangement will be reimbursed.

Creative Media
Photographers, videographers, photo editors and video editors — Photo/video, live recording for church events e.g. baptism, children dedication etc.
