Pulpit Ministry
Thank God for sustaining the pulpit ministries for the English, Mandarin and Youth congregations through these past years, providing preachers every single week, despite the pandemic.
Thank God for raising an internal team of preachers to teach and preach faithfully and systematically, and for the partnership with various external preachers.
Thank God also for providing various external speakers to support our pulpit ministry.
Pray for the preachers as we embark on this year's theme of Following Jesus, that we will be given wisdom by the Lord to understand, craft and to deliver each sermon clearly and passionately such that the gospel of Christ will be proclaimed unashamedly and winsomely every week.
Pray that the various topical series this year will be relevant to and meaningful for the church.
Pray for the church to be receptive and open to what God is teaching us each week, and to live out the truths of God in our lives.
Pray especially for the online services that it will minister to those who are unable or unwilling to return as yet. Pray that they will return to the house of the Lord as He leads us, in His own good time.
